The recent tightening of short-term rental regulations in dense urban areas accelerates the shift: many property managers now integrate the bail mobilit\u00e9 (the French furnished mid-term lease) and longer stays into their portfolios. This type of booking is no longer marginal: it occupies a growing share of activity.<\/p>\n<p>The operational problem is direct.
