It allows you to protect your rentals and secure your reservations thanks to an online deposit request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We started from the fact that for all rentals, the deposit is a must. But this \"old-fashioned\" deposit, check or bank imprint that blocks the customers' ceiling, is a burden, as much for the professional as for the individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the professional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>It is an administrative burden,<\/strong>&nbsp;for the manager and his teams.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The time spent on this part is not negligible and has little added value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, it is not very nice to ask a client for money for a deposit, even though they have not started renting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Legislation on data security<\/strong>&nbsp;is uncompromising and constantly evolving.
