The integration we've implemented helps to simplify the process, reduce waiting times at the counter and, above all, secure the risk for both the rental company and the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The synergy between our solutions reduces the tension around the claims issue and refocuses the rental company on higher value-added tasks. In short, it's all part of improving the overall experience of a rental agency and its customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The challenge now is to continue to develop the scope of our integration in line with general market expectations. We are therefore attentive to feedback from our users, as is the case for all other product development topics.<\/span><\/p>\n

In concrete terms, the myrentcar functionalities highlighted by our partnership are the automated dispatch of e-mails which, for each new reservation created in myrentcar, send a pre-configured message to the customer containing the link for securely depositing the deposit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deposit amounts are configured directly in myrentcar, and once the amount has been paid via Swikly, the payment is automatically integrated into the reservation. As a result, no manual intervention is required by the myrentcar software user, thanks to a fully automated API process.<\/span><\/p>\n
