- The standard price for our online deposit security service is 1.99% + €0.25 (excl. VAT) on the secured amount. The swik must be accepted by your customer: if not, you won't be charged. This fee can be shared with your client..
- If the deposit is cashed in, an additional one-time fee of 3.4% + €0.25 (excl. VAT) applies to the amount collected.
- For online payments, the fee is 3% + €0.25 (excl. VAT)..
Example
I secure a deposit of €100: (€100 x 1.99%) + €0.25 = €2.24 excl. VAT
At the end of the rental, service, or appointment:
- Everything went well → You only pay for the deposit security: €2.24
- Your client broke the terms (damage or no-show), and you decide to charge €50: (€50 x 3.4%) + €0.25 = €1.95 excl. VAT These costs can also be passed on to your client by adding them to the deposit claim. Total cost = €2.24 + €1.95 = €4.19 excl. VAT
In total, I will therefore have paid €2.24 + €1.95 = €4.19.
